Post No. 098: Housework is Exercise

Housework is Exercise
(Or, "Housework is Hard Work")

Housework is exercise:

I currently live in a studio apartment that is only about 365 square feet—which is not that much space to clean—and it takes a lot of hard work in order to clean my apartment, which is exercise.

Housework is hard work:

I figured out the that the best way to house clean is to clean as you go, that way your living space always stays clean, and you don't have to stress about the deeper cleanings—such as special guests visiting, special occasions, holidays, or apartment inspections (if that applies to you).

My Writing About How I Live By The Motto "Cleaner Than It Was Before": I live by the motto "cleaner than it was before" with regard to doing my household cleaning, because getting everything "perfectly clean" isn't always realistic; however, it is definitely more realistic to get everything "cleaner that it was before!" –Paul Whiting (written October 1st, 2016, revised October 2nd, 2016, revised July 8th, 2022, revised August 24th, 2022 and revised August 26th, 2022)

My Philosophical Notes:

The reason that I wrote this prose can be summed up with the following statement: I currently live in a studio apartment that is only about 365 square feet—which is not that much space to clean—and it takes a lot of hard work in order to clean my apartment, which is exercise.

By the way, I figured out that the best way to house clean is to clean as you go, that way your living space always stays clean, and you don't have to stress about the deeper cleanings—such as special guests visiting, special occasions, holidays, or apartment inspections (if that applies to you).

And this prose was also published on my "Paul Whiting — A Creative Writer" blog (please see the hyperlink below for the blog), since I feel that the message in this prose applies to the message that I am trying to convey through "Paul Whiting — A Creative Writer."

This prose was written in Portland, Oregon.
