"Fall In Love With Yourself!"

Fall in love with yourself!
For, no other being can ever
truly know, trust and love you
in the way that you can truly
know, trust and love yourself:
because relationships with others
may come and go, but your relationship
with yourself lasts quite literally forever...

My Writing About What Stands Between You And Self-Love: Fall in love with yourself! Because Self-Love is what we are due! For, the only thing that stands between you and Self-Love is you! –Paul Whiting (written approximately on June 26th, 2010 and turned into 'my writing' on August 26th, 2022)

My Writing About Falling In Love With Yourself: The way that I feel about romantic relationships can be summed up in five simple words: "Fall In Love With Yourself!" For, no other being can ever truly know, trust and love you in the way that you can truly know, trust and love yourself: because relationships with others may come and go, but your relationship with yourself lasts quite literally forever... –Paul Whiting (written February 14th, 2013, revised November 22nd, 2015 and revised July 21st, 2022)

My Philosophical Notes:

The reason that I wrote this poem can be summed up with the following statement: The way that I feel about romantic relationships can be summed up in five simple words: "Fall In Love With Yourself!"

And this poem was also published on my "Small All White in the Forest" and "Paul Whiting — A Creative Writer" blogs (please see the hyperlinks below for the blogs), since I feel that the message in this poem applies to the message I am trying to convey through "Small All White in the Forest" and "Paul Whiting — A Creative Writer."

This poem was written in Portland, Oregon.
